Dr. Kerul Kassel has a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, a graduate institution nationally respected in the field of organizational change and development. Leading author of The Thinking Executive’s Guide to Sustainability (Business Expert Press, 2014), Dr. Kassel knows how to help leaders manage the sometimes challenging, time-intensive, and politically fraught road to sustainability. She holds the LEED Green Associate credential, is certified for Global Reporting Initiative reporting, holds a credential from he International Society of Sustainability Professionals, and has been designated a Certified Sustainability Professional by the Canadian Professional Sustainability Institute.
With no less than 5 respected industry certifications, Dr. Kassel is also an internationally recognized professional coach and speaker and author of books on self-leadership. She has been quoted in TIME Magazine, The New York Times, The Chicago Tribune, Real Simple Magazine, and in other national media. Her coaching programs have been presented to organizations such as:

Her intelligence, compassion, wide knowledge and broad skill set provide her clients with the tools to take to move toward stated goals, and to design goals that are rich with potential and possibility.
Dr. Kassel has also achieved and maintained credentials through the International Coach Federation and the International Association of Coaches, among other industry certifications.
